200 c is stronger than 30 c the higher the number the more times they dilute & percuss which produces more strength even though it would seem the opposite that's how homeopathy works. Hope this helps

  The 200 C is stronger than the 30 C - Both will work for same reasons - but if I were going through major surgery or injury may want to take the 200 C.

  It is my understanding that 30c is for short-term use and 200ck is for long-term use. I started off with 30c many years ago and it worked fine for immediate issues. When I developed costochronditis, which is inflammation of the ligaments that connect the ribs to the sternum, the 200ck worked much better. I take four, 200ck at night to control pain from this condition, that tends to come about when I roll over on my left side. You can always look this up online, which I have in the past; however, much of what is out there, is confusing, at least to me. Hope this has helped you.

  I was told, by my Chiropractor years ago,that the dilution is that much stronger. I always choose it over the 30c or 6c.

Doesn't taste different it is just stronger does

  A dosage for me is 5 tabs; when I am having severe muscular/ligament pain, I take a dose twice a day. One in the mid-morning and one in the early evening. I think one must figure out how many tabs work for each incident of pain, and when in the day, it should be taken. Previously, and for two years, I took 5 tabs, each night before bed, to ward off pain from costrochronditis.

  If it a new and strong pain, you can repeat 2-3 times the first day. But usually you can take one dose and wait 3 to 4 weeks, it lasts about a month.

  It doesn't work like Asprin, Instantly headache gone!.
Think of it like building muscles.

  You cannot overdose with homeopathic remedies, but "more is not better" and generally will not hasten recovery. I reserve Arnica 200c for emergencies (like a rescue remedy) or before and after oral surgery or other surgery. I then follow with Arnica 30c twice a day for a few days or until begin to see signs of recovery. Homeopathy works with the body on very subtle levels.

  Nothing is going to happen, it is just a waste of $$. What isn't used is expeled by the body. Do as recommend-less is more!

  I don't know what could happen to you, but I would take pepermint or some kind of mint to defuse it.
