Best Answer:  200 c is stronger than 30 c the higher the number the more times they dilute & percuss which produces more strength even though it would seem the opposite that's how homeopathy works. Hope this helps

Best Answer:  It is my understanding that 30c is for short-term use and 200ck is for long-term use. I started off with 30c many years ago and it worked fine for immediate issues. When I developed costochronditis, which is inflammation of the ligaments that connect the ribs to the sternum, the 200ck worked much better. I take four, 200ck at night to control pain from this condition, that tends to come about when I roll over on my left side. You can always look this up online, which I have in the past; however, much of what is out there, is confusing, at least to me. Hope this has helped you.

Best Answer:  A dosage for me is 5 tabs; when I am having severe muscular/ligament pain, I take a dose twice a day. One in the mid-morning and one in the early evening. I think one must figure out how many tabs work for each incident of pain, and when in the day, it should be taken. Previously, and for two years, I took 5 tabs, each night before bed, to ward off pain from costrochronditis.

I reserve Arnica 200c for emergencies (like a rescue remedy) or before and after oral surgery or other surgery.
