Good for feeling less stress
Seems to work well for not feeling quite so stressed in stressful situations. I use it to help me stay asleep throughout night, along with magnesium glycinate and and L-"something" that is recommended for the same thing

Lumpy, jammy mess
The supplement Ashwagandha is meant to be effect BUT this liquid product is horrible. It's like jam in a jar that's meant to be sucked up into a dosage syringe. It NEVER goes into the syringe so I have to lick it off the syringe. It's lumpy and completely immeasurable. I called to customer support thinking it was just one bottle but they sent me a replacement and it's exactly the same. This "liquid" should be discontinued. Just buy the pill form.

I work in a call center and you can imagine the calls I get daily. I've taken ashwaganda for a month and I finally feel the effects. I feel happy going into work & I just feel more chill. People don't get on my nerves as much and I'm less snappy. Also I love that these are vegetarian!

What is going on?
I have been using this product for quite a few years and suddenly the last couple of bottles are thick consistency and smell off. It's so thick you can't even use the little pipette to suck it up.

I read a few articles stating that ashwaganda helped with perimenopausal night sweats and hot flashes so I gave it a try. Boy am I glad I did. This stuff is miraculous! I had been having night sweats for so long that were affecting my sleep. I would wake up tired every morning. Ever since I took my first dose I can honestly say that I haven't had any night sweats in over two months!! I can't really say how they have affect my mood and energy but they sure balance something out hormone wise. I highly recommend!
