Ashwagandha has been helpful. There are other kinds that come in higher doses, so pay attention to the strength. I usually take two tablets twice a day (of this brand), sometimes 3 times a day - depending on what I'm doing and how I'm doing. I've had two doctors recommend Ashwagandha to me, one an MD and other an ND. Both of them recommended I take a higher dose than is recommended on the label and that is working well for me.

Helps with anxiety
Helps with anxiety, but also use Kav Kava and Valerian root too, the combination kills most of the anxiety and nausea I have, if it gets worse, GABA come to the party too

I had high hopes, but was disappointed.
I heard about this product on a medical website. It was touted as being great at bringing about a gentle and deep sleep. I checked it on medical and drug websites, and it was always mentioned as an effective sleep aid. Since I have been over enthusiastic and burned by other supplements and medications, I only bought one bottle. I have tried it over 5 nights, and over these 5 nights I was awake, wide awake, after only a couple of hours of sleep. Plus, I was groggy and forgetful the next days. This product was very disappointing. I might even use it as a caffeine replacement.

I found peace within.
I love this product. I first purchase the vitamin shoppe brand because it was a higher dose and extract. Boy what a mistake it had me itching like crazy all over my body. The capsules even looks different. The vitamin shoppe is much darker and looks like grass in a capsule. This one is much lighter almost looks like a powder. Within minutes I feel calm and happier.
