Energy helper. Quick absorbtion!
I find I like the liquid much better than a capsule. The taste is not bad at all. I take this when I take my fish oils and my energy and mood are much better. The reason for the 4 star and not the 5 is because the packaging when shipped is not very good. 1 of the bottles leaked out a bit because the top of the dropper cracked. Thankfully it was not the glass that was broke.

Best Answer:  I believe it is. It contains purified water, high fructose corn syrup, natural flavors, citric acid and sodium benzoate, according to the label, in addition to the Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin)

Best Answer:  The dosage per one full dropper is 400 mcg folkic acid & 1000 mcg B12; however, I find in actuality I use a little less than a full dropper and don't bother to try to add the few drops. The proportion would be the same anyway!
