Disappointed with Vitamin shoppe. Each time I order b12 and it goes thru check I later get an email saying not available. This has happened to me 4 times over several months

Energy helper. Quick absorbtion!
I find I like the liquid much better than a capsule. The taste is not bad at all. I take this when I take my fish oils and my energy and mood are much better. The reason for the 4 star and not the 5 is because the packaging when shipped is not very good. 1 of the bottles leaked out a bit because the top of the dropper cracked. Thankfully it was not the glass that was broke.

Why did The Vitamin Shoppe stop making liquid Vitamin B Complex and switch from Vitamin B12 (as methylocoalamin) to Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin)?

Best Answer:  Most liquid B12 brands purchased in stores can be stored at room temperature so refrigeration is not necessary. Some medical-grade B12 used for injections may require refrigeration.

Best Answer:  It has been a while since I used the liquid as I switched over to the B12's in tablet(subliminal) form. So my emptied bottle is long gone and I don't recall any color or dye.

Best Answer:  Directions say to use one dropper 1x per day after a meal. I would check with your doctor to determine how much B12 you can take per day. I take it under the tongue in the morning and it generally works for me.

Best Answer:  It probably does, it tastes sweet. I don't think it has a significant amount to be of concern, it is a small amount you are consuming. If one is on a sugar restricted diet, they should keep it in mind, though.
