10/10 AMAZING
I've tried a lot of vitamins, but MaryRuth's Hair Growth + Multivitamin honestly stands out. First off, the liquid form makes it so easy to take-no pills, no hassle-and the taste is actually really good, which makes it something I actually stick to every day. What I love most is that it's doing more than just one thing. It's not only supporting hair growth, but also covering overall vitamins, so it feels like a full routine in one step. Since taking it consistently, I've noticed my hair looking healthier, stronger, and just overall better. It feels less dry and there's definitely less breakage. Mary Ruth's Hair Product
I bought 3 bottles of this and 2 bottles of the liposomal hair growth max because someone told me they had a friend that liked it. This is been a very bad experience. I have had bad stomach tenderness and the smelliest gas I have ever smelled. I have been taking the product for about 3 weeks now and could not figure out why I was feeling this way . The product is absolutely only thing that I've been doing that is new to my routine.. so I stopped taking it for a few days and the symptoms went away. Still wondering if it was the Mary Ruth's hair product I started back up and it came right back the stomach tenderness and the foul smelling odor of the gas. It smelled so bad that I couldn't even go out at times. And would continue for hours.. I then read that other people have had issues with these products as well so now I have all these bottles that I cannot take.

It's been a week and I can't see or feel a difference but I am determined to finish the bottle. The dragon fruit flavor while not pleasant is tolerable. I'm ordering the peach and crossing my fingers that it is better ?????

This is a NO after 6-7 bottles for me
I see and read comments on TicTok shop about how this product grew edges and wonders for the African American community. I personally have bought at least 6-7 bottles of this product, took this religiously every day 30 mL, stored in the refrigerator and this did absolutely NOTHING for my hair. I took it with color treated and non-color treated hair. Every time I returned to the salon after a protective style and taking this product I was disappointed, still no growth, ends repeatedly needed trimming. If you haven't noticed there is no marketing for AA hair or clinical trials. Mind you this is $74/bottle. Do the math.

For reference, my hair is naturally fine, I have ZERO health problems, exercise 3-4 times a week, eat healthy, do not smoke, do not consume coffee nor have any unhealthy habits. I drink tons of water. This goes to show this does not work for everyone. I also wore my hair in protective styles to mitigate constant hair manipulation.

For all those stories, ladies let's be honest about what else you were using at the same time of using this product. Most people hair probably already grows fast. I need some real examples.

Perfect Multivitamin
I love this stuff. Started taking it for about 5 months and I definitely see an improvement with the length of my hair. It also gives me energy throughout the day I use to take naps in the middle of the day and since I've been taking this liquid vitamin I no longer feel tired, sluggish and no longer need a nap like I use to, and Lastly the Peach Mango flavor tastes good, I really recommend this product.
