1 tablet daily. Lab work will love it!
I decided to write a review about this vitamin. A lot of complaints about the taste. It's a vitamin with iron, it's not candy. If you grew up on the Flintstones, you'll be fine with this vitamin, and it's only 1 tablet daily about the size of a tums. I was using another brand multivitamin (not a vitamin shoppe brand) specifically for Biatric patients and my labs were coming back horrible and those were two huge horse pills. I love vitamin shoppe for their care and quality of products, so I decided to give these a try. My lab work comes back perfect, all of my levels are where they need to be. I've been taking these for over a year now. Hope this helps and best of luck!

Excellent one and done! Energy to burn!
Absolutely Love these vitamins! People complaining about the taste! The benefit of taking 1 chewable that gives all the DRD and essential minerals way out way the taste! These vitamins returned my energy beyond what I had prior! I have energy and work out everyday and at the end of the day I still have energy to burn! They are a life savor! Why would anyone want to take others multiple times a day when this is one and done! I highly recommend! Female age 59!

Bariatric Vitamin
Why Change what works! These vitamins are terrible in texture and taste, beyond bitter. Please change them back to the original because I want be back anymore if you don't change them.

Tastes metallic and bitter. Not worth the update.
They recently changed the product and although it's smaller in size, it's tastes far worse than before. It has a strong metallic taste that makes it bitter and "unchewable." I gave it a chance for my palate to get used to the taste but it's not worth gagging each time I take it. I am not sure if the manufacturer did their due diligence having consumer feedback on the taste of their updated product but it's not worth it any longer. I also hope someone reads this and takes action to notify them so consumers like me do not leave.
