Very happy with this choice!!
It's delicious and it's liquid, both of which I need in my vitamins and supplements. I have difficulty swallowing, so I'm trying to switch from tablets and capsules to all liquids. Thank you for offering liquids.

Best Omega Supplement with No Fishy Aftertaste!
If you're new to the Barlean's brand, this is the best bottle in their lineup! Tastes like a delicious orange creamsicle with zero fish taste! The consistency is a bit thick, but I'd much rather that than fish burps or breath. It's my new favorite way to take my daily omegas - highly recommend!

Best Answer:  Yes after opening. I do note that whenever I purchased this item from a store it was always in a refrigerator...when I purchased online it came without refrigeration...and I would keep it in a cool place (pantry) till I open it, then after opening put it in the refrigerator. It's a good product.
