Nobody can’t tell me they really feel any difference taking vitamins or supplements!

One of my Vitamin Shoppe favorites
I've been buying and taking this particular brand of bee pollen complex for years. Love it. Price is so reasonable for how much you get (almost a year's worth!), it actually works (gives ya lots of energy and also helps to fight allergies, doesn't necessarily cure it, but it stops it at its tracks!), and it smells and tastes lovely (like a sweet bread). Don't hesitate, if bee pollen complex is what you want or need, you won't be disappointed with this!

  I have taken Bee Pollen for over 6 years. I have not lost any weight on it. I take 2 per day to prevent allergies. It has worked wonders spring and fall.

  No - I did not lose any weight taking Bee Pollen Complex. I take it only for anti-allergy support, and it has seemed to help decrease my dependence on OTC anti-histamines (though I still take those in peak pollen seasons).
