I can't tell if it worked as I tried it for several months with no real change.
This Berberine did not give me a headache or anything. I can't tell if it worked as I tried it for several months with no real change. Maybe I need to take it for longer. I workout 4-5 times a week, eat very healthy, track my food so not sure if it was worth it.

I believe this product helped me lower my A1C. I made some changes with diet and exercise that helped lower it some, but I saw an even greater improvement after taking this product. Additionally, I have not experienced any stomach or gastrointestinal issues while taking it, and I have done up to three a day with no problem.

Great for lowering cholesterol
I have tried many things to help lower my cholesterol, refusing to take statins. I have been taking Cholestoff for years and although it has helped, my numbers were still high. I've been taking this berberine hcl with citrus bergamot for the last several months. My last blood draw showed everything was perfect, even my cholesterol!!! This is a game changer for me!

Berberine HCI 500 MG
I started taking Berberine 4/28/24. I was 160 pounds. Today is 6/1/24 and I weigh 151. Taking the Berberine has helped suppress my appetite along with eating healthy foods and exercising.
