Don't buy it
I got a big tub of this to replace the optimum nutrition casein protein powder, not wise. Scoops are bigger than optimum nutrition, needs way more water to be able to drink, sweetness was so bad I had to add salt to it. It's way too filling if you're bulking compared to optimum nutrition casein protein.

Taste and texture is terrible
Bought this at the Vitamin Shoppe in Chino (nice Store) on 9/28/26. I should have read the reviews first the taste is terrible. I got the Rich Chocolate. It taste like straight sweet Sucalose. The texture and foaminess with milk is kinda gross. It wasn't cheap, so I will stomach it and finish the jar. Won't buy again. please verify the people that gave this five stars. I used my credit card (Darryl Stone) so you can verify my purchase if necessary.

Messy but ok for the price
Mixes decently and the taste is not bad, but the powder gets all over the place. Do not make the same mistake I did and wear a black shirt while scooping the powder

There are better alternatives
This is the worst mixing protein powder that I have used in the last 30 years. It's foamy, it has a weird sweetness to it, and the actual powder is very light so that it gets everywhere when you try to dump it into your shaker bottle. I do not recommend this and I will never buy it again.

Cant taste any chocolate I can only taste chemical tasting sucralose.
Cant taste any chocolate I can only taste severly overly sweet, chemical tasting sucralose. Odd foamy texture when blended with milk. I wanted to like it but I will not purchase this again. They do sell transparant labs and it is amazing with no chemical odd tastes or textures. I was trying to find something a little less expensive.

Too sweet
Hate it sweetness, diluted in recommended 10-12 oz make it undrinkable, like eating honey, a lot of water maybe 1 quart per serving at least could help but restroom for sure during night, I hope this corrected soon, I will return this product.

Best Answer:  This ls a slow digesting protein which will help in muscle bulding and will satiate you more than other proteins. Most people drink it at night so your body has protein in your system as you sleep and recover. Isolate or concetrate protein is faster absorbing and better after you train.
