Best Answer:  Celia.. yes, women can take this MVM Supp, but know 2 things: 1) This one contains NO iron and 2) you would probably be well served by starting out taking one (1) per day and see how you tolerate it for a week or so. This specific product is, for Men at least, the best I've found save for Universal's Animal Paks the way they were made years ago (not the same these days). IF you train intensely these may be fine for you. Again, tread lightly with these the first week or two and don't fall for any of those ridiculously priced MVM's. Too many do. This one is real. Especially the Selenium content which too many don't understand just how critical it is to overall health.
