Great Product to continue selling
By far the best fitness multi vitamin on the market. It would be a shame and a real hit to vitamin shoppe if this product is discontinued. Yes I've seen the new multi pack item. But putting a powerhouse in one tablet is a game winner.

Highly recommend this supplement, this supplement has more of your trace minerals that you need and then it has important amino acids for muscle building/recovery.

Price, Quality, and it just works.
I love the Vitamine Shoppe brand of products ! Its great quailty stuff, with no dyes or other junk thats bad for you. So far all the products ive taken by them have been really good. Before I was introduced to this by the sales associate, i was taking Armor V by MuschlePharm. It is a pretty expensive product and work fantastic, but this... the coast and whats in it... blows it away. I will say I have a little trouble getting the first one down in the moring but after that, its no problem. I say buy this and save yourself some money on a quality product.

Best Answer:  Celia.. yes, women can take this MVM Supp, but know 2 things: 1) This one contains NO iron and 2) you would probably be well served by starting out taking one (1) per day and see how you tolerate it for a week or so. This specific product is, for Men at least, the best I've found save for Universal's Animal Paks the way they were made years ago (not the same these days). IF you train intensely these may be fine for you. Again, tread lightly with these the first week or two and don't fall for any of those ridiculously priced MVM's. Too many do. This one is real. Especially the Selenium content which too many don't understand just how critical it is to overall health.
