      I've used this product for several years
      I bruise easily because I don't produce enough of one of the blood factors. (There's a prescription medication I can take but I don't like the side effects.) I've found that putting arnica cream or gel on a fresh bruise usually helps to reduce the swelling and burning. It also helps bruises fade faster. I keep it at home and at work and take it with me when I travel.

      Quality Product WOrks Great
      We have used this for some time. It works great all natural for help with bruising ,muscle soreness. It was used/recommended by our MEdical massage therapist and chiro years ago. I bruise easily and very badly and this really helps. It helps with chronic spasticity pains as well but not cure. It is an adjunct to other care. It is cool gel and absorbs almost instantly with NO smell!! This is high quality brans we trust highly. It is Not an instant feeling or cure. It works very well for skins…

      Very Good
      This works very well on my fibromyalgia type pains. I also love that it has no strong odor so no one knows when I have it on. I love the gel because it's greaseless so it won't stick to my clothes. I usually apply this to my neck and back and I can feel it start working in 15 minutes. The full effect is close to an hour after applying. This can be applied 3 times a day or more if needed because it doesn't contain any harsh or bad chemicals. I highly recommend this product.
