This Boswellia supplement is phenomenal. After four weeks, my legs and knees quit aching. Fifth week I noticed the stiffness in my legs and arms is going away.

Outstanding
Boswellia Serrata is a hard product to find. The cost is usually pricey, availability and proper dosage just doesn’t exist except at The Vitamin Shoppe (TVS) for less money, always available, dosage is correct. I recently started using this product and TVS is an outstanding place to purchase it. I Highly recommend you get your vitamins and supplements from TVS, they have just about anything you can imagine for your health and well being.

After trying this I was impressed
I was trying this product because it was on sale and I had researched this product and wanted to try it. I was delighted with the smell and thought the tablets were easy to swallow. After a few days I could tell a difference in four areas of my health. First, I could feel a calmness and relaxation in muscles where I felt tense most of the time. The pain in my knees from arthritis was lessened, and my lungs were clearer from asthma. The last improvement was with my sleeping. I was able to fall asleep more easily than before. The reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because on the label info online does not list the last ingredient that was listed on the bottle, that being titanium oxide, the same ingredient in sun block. I don't like the idea of putting that in my body and don't think I would mind if the color was not white. I did order another brand because of that and I am not happy with the potency and will return to Vitamin Shoppe brand next time I order.

Great for arthritis symptoms
I have so many remedies promising to reduce osteoarthritis pain & none have worked until this product. Within a week of taking it 3x a day, I suddenly realized the pain & stiffness in my right knee was gone, even though I have done a number of things that normally aggravate it. I highly recommend this product.

Boswellia Serrata EASED arthritis pain
I am 62 years old and don't want to take prescription meds for my arthritis pain. I have tried other natural blends that didn't work but read up on Boswellia Serrata (an ingredient in some blends) and decided to try it.

I took two tabs before bed the first night and woke up without pain. I took two before work and those helped me through to mid afternoon when my job had me aching again. After supper, but before bedtime I took two more. This was for the first 4 days. After a couple days I noticed that at my factory job, I was really pain free. I am now walking up/down stairs like I did 10 years ago, my fingers are again nimble and my hips/knees are pain free.

I reduced the amount to taking two in the AM and two at night. If I know I am going to have an extraordinarily strenuous day, I take two before those activities tell me I am "locking up" again.

Works for me!
I first bought this product at the recommendation of a store employee at our local Vitamin Shoppe for right shoulder/rotator cuff type pain. This product was definitely effective in reducing the pain & within a few weeks I was able to return to a full routine without shoulder pain. I think it also helps with joints in hip & back as well.

Poor Potent Brand of Boswellia
I am becoming less faithful to Vitamin Shoppe Brand products, specifically its herbs. I have taken 3 brands of Boswellia: Solaray, Nature's Way, and Vitamin Shoppe. The Solaray brand was in capsules. Although my body digests capsules better, I was more pleased in the Nature's Way brand as tablets. When I opened the bottle of Nature's Way, the smell of Boswellia was very strong and even when it touched my tongue I could still taste it. I took 3 tablets a day and it really helped with my back pains. Because the product worked so well for me, I started recommending the brand to my customers. One day I bought the Vitamin Shoppe brand because we were out of the Nature's Way brand. The price for the quantity was good, but I could already see on the bottle that the Vitamin Shoppe Boswellia was the least potent extract out of the other brands at 250 MG. The smell of the tablets had a very odd smell to them, much different than the Nature's Way brand that hinted a lesser potency. The tablets also had a very odd texture, like they could dissolve in the mouth. As a result of taking this product, I had to double up on the dose to get the same effect as the Nature's Way Boswellia.Overall, I was very displeased with this product. I believe that the Vitamin Shoppe is not only less potent because of the potency of the herb but also the fillers found in "Other ingredients". I have read dicalcium phosphate is used to hold the tablet together but I've seen other brands without it that work

Boswsellia-Vitamin Shoppe Brand

when i went to check out, purchasing this product, it said"Warning, this product contains an ingredient known to cause cancer..." Which ingredient is that and at what levels does it supposedly cause cancer!!!????
