Directions

Stir one (1) scoop in three (3) ounces of hot water until dissolved. Then add warm or cold water as desired. This will allow magnesium carbonate and citric acid to quickly react to form magnesium citrate, a highly absorbable form of magnesium.

Great Benefits!
I have been using the unflavored VS Calm Zone for years!! A friend recommended it to me.

It does have a slight flavor, but it's not bad. I put a little water (about 1/4 cup) in a microwave safe cup. I heat the water for 15 - 17 seconds. Then, I put a scoop of Calm Zone in the warm water. It dissolves well.

I transfer the powder into two smaller, wide mouth, air tight containers. This makes it easy to access with the scoop that comes with it.

I take this every night. It has had great benefits for me.

Extremely salty!!!
UNFLAVORED DOES NOT MEAN FLAVORLESS!!
I just started taking the product and I think it definitely made me feel better. However I thought this would be flavorless but it has an incredibly salty/zingy flavor. Which makes sense I guess but It made my protein shake taste terrible. Just be aware before you buy.

Great product, works well. Disappointed with the packaging as it's a tall bottle and has a very small scoop. Once you use the product it's harder to reach the scoop.

Yes it is calming, use throughout day
You know its working when your wife asks you for Calm magnesium in Her last glass of water in the evening, EVERY NIGHT! We actually sleep better and know we are providing our body and brain with this important mineral. (also the Vitamin Shoppe brand gives the same results and taste as the expensive brand which we previously used)
As Dr. Mercola says, take control of your health, also google Magnesium L-Threonate for passing brain barrier for night brain nurturing and house keeping.
