Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 mL (approx. 28 drops) once a day in a small amount of water. Shake well before use.

This is the best kava extract.I have found
This is the best kava extract I have found. I only do a couple drops because it is quite strong.. As opposed to a ehole dropper full of the alcohol based kova that I normally see

Rotten Batch?
Gooey and gross, not like any Kava extract I've had, smells rotten, not like Kava. Water just looks like water after too.

This has been working great for me. I have been measuring out the drops into a water bottle and if you go very slowly, you can get little drops to fall. I hope that makes sense.

My go-to Kava
This Kava works better for me than the pills?.even by the same company. I agree with everyone about it being too thick to use the dropper. I even emailed the company about it but they never responded back. If I added this into the rating it would bring the stars down, but I'm just reviewing the kava effects alone. I just sip a tiny amount and leave it on my tongue ?? and I notice the numbing effects right away. I have severe anxiety and it calms me right away. The taste is pleasant to me because I know it's working.

Fabulous Product! Does what it says!
I purchased this and took it immediately. You have to shake it VERY well. As long as you do so, It's not as thick as some suggest. I place a dropper full under my tongue and hold it for 60 seconds, and then drink some water. It's not bad, just an earthy taste...reminds me of ashwagandha extract. I began to feel the effects within 15-20 mins, my irritability and anxiety melted away...and I am MUCH MORE relaxed. This extract is more affordable compared to kava concentrates offered by kava bars. I enjoy the kava tea more, but will use this when I dont want to bother with preparing the powder form.

Works great - best Kava supplement out there
Yes it is gooey so I don't use the dropper. I just take it out and chug it out of the bottle. It tastes a little gross and sickly-sweet but just chase it down with some water or tea. It really works - gets me relaxed so I can sleep. It doesn't take much so when I say chug - it's like a sip. Love not having the alcohol.

Too Thick To Use
I bought this after a friend recommended it and it's so thick you can't use the dropper to measure it. I tried mixing it with water as directed anyway, but it just sinks to the bottom of the glass and tastes disgusting.
