I wouldn't stop taking it, at least for a little while. I am 47 and have been taking it everyday for about 2 years because of very heavy bleeding. If I stop taking it, the bleeding becomes heavy again. I take 2 capsules twice a day and always have a spare bottle so that I don't run out of it!

  Unfortunately, I can't answer your question! I purchased this back in January 2013 after a friend recommended it to me as part of a vitamin regimen to help me get pregnant! Must have worked, as I was pregnant 2 months later! Sorry I couldn't be of any help here. Hope you find your answer!

  Unsure if vitex would help nausea or dizziness, but because of it's overall benefits for women during menopause, it probably wouldn't hurt to add it to your regime. I've noticed that it just helps my overall sense of wellbeing and makes my periods less eventful.

  This did not help to diminish my hot flashes or night sweats. It did help to regulate my cycle though. I don't know if it will help your nausea or dizziness. What has helped my premenopausal symptoms significantly is Maca powder (gelatinized) by Gaia.

  I really don't know the answer to that question. I would talk with a health care professional about the nausea and dizziness. The Chasteberry along with Black Cohosh helped me with the night sweats and hot flashes. Hope this helps.

  I used to take 2 a day; 1 a.m. and 1 p.m. It work for a little bit, but then it seemed to stop working for me. I wanted something natural and in the end chose to let my body just go through it's season. That worked the best! My best to you.

  I have used this product for a couple of years. I experimented with the dosage to find what works for me. I keep it by my bed and I take 2 in the morning and 2 before I fall asleep.   I have used Vitamin Shoppe brand Chasteberry Vitex Extract capsules for 8 years. It is the only natural remedy I found that stops the hot flashes and keeps them away with a daily regimen of use. For me 2 capsules in the AM and 2 in the PM works. I had a complete hysterectomy at age 28 and used synthetic replacement until age 55. For over a year I tried multiple natural remedies but nothing took away the hot flashes except Chasteberry. That is all I use for them. If I go off them for 2 days the flashes come right back so I know it works. It is WORTH A TRY so give it a good 4-6 weeks to take effect but it could work sooner than that. My flashes were severe because I had nothing to produce any estrogen at all so for me it took a few weeks. It is a blessing to me. Abi E.
