Our magnesium bisglycinate (also known as glycinte) tablets are fully chelated, make it easy for the body to digest and absorb. Gentle on the stomach, this product is designed to help support Relasation; Bone Heat; Enzymatic function, Muscular Health.

Directions

Helped with heart palpitations after cardiac tests
Dr advised this type of magnesium. Low dosage of 32 mg has nearly eliminated the palpitations It's been 30 days and will finish bottle. Wish manufacturer could make it 1 or 2 tablets, instead of 3. That's the hard part; having to take 3 to get all the mgs.

Good supplement
My husband used to take the regular magnesium glycinate, but switched to this one when that was discontinued. We liked that one better, since there was more magnesium in each pill, but this one is still the best value for true magnesium glycinate around. Taking 700-800mg of magnesium glycinate a day has drastically decreased his migraine frequency.

Chelated Magnesium Bisglycinate
Excellent product. I am a longtime user of KAL magnesium because it is carefully tested, high purity vegan ingredients. It does not include piperine which can be toxic.
