Formula changed!!
The formula of this has changed since the last time I bought it and I'm probably going to return it now. They added Magnesium Oxide to it so now it causes stomach issues. I'm SO mad! It was my favorite one until they changed it.

Best Magnesium Supplement
This is by far my favorite magnesium supplement. I feel the difference when I take it. Also includes B6(as P-5-P) which is needed for optimum absorption of the magmesium. Also dissolves much easier that other brands. I alternate between this and Doctors Best Chelated Magnesium. But this one is my preferred version and brand.

Good for the heart
This has really help me relax and sleep. Before taking these my heart rate was fast. With no sleep. Now good blood sugar and blood pressure. I am pleased.
