taking thyroid complex is there a period of time , you stop taking this product, called gap time, than return taking this product again?

Best Answer:  i would recommend that you take the product consistently for 3-4 months(if you aren't experiencing any side effects) and stop for 1 month and continue again.

Best Answer:  Yes, it does help. It definitely helps with fatigue which in turn helps to burn more calories. If it doesn't appear to work as you would like it to then increase the dosage.

Best Answer:  I've been taking this product for many years. Initially I took the recommended dose of 3 tabs a day and experienced bowel problems. I reduced the dosage, since I figured out that there was nothing else that could be causing the problem. I take (1) tablet every morning w/ food and don't have any problems.

Best Answer:  I don't think it made me feel tired. Tiredness is a system of hypothyroidism. You won't see results immediately. Make sure you're not vitamin D deficient, also.
