Blood sugar control
Has a natural healthcare provider I try to be very preemptive about my health and it has been shown that chromium picolinate can help regulate blood sugar levels. That being said this country has been misled into thinking that carbohydrates should be our primary fuel source, but by doing so this burns out, your ability to use glucose as an energy source sooner than your life expectancy since there's only 4 cal per gram in sugar and 9 calories per gram in fat. People are thinking that fat makes them fat, but in reality carbs make them fat..

I take one following my largest meal of the day which is after dinner. "They" say your largest meal should be lunch to reach your weight loss goal sooner but my schedule is complicated.
I'm pleased it's a gel coating opposed to a plastic capsule. Taking it definitely aids in digestion and has no negative reactions for my IBS.

Does this product help? I really trying to lose another 70 lbs. but I get these sugar cravings it makes it really hard.

Best Answer:  Go cold turkey on the sugar . Go Dr. Atkins . For sweets try the Atkins bars. Walk 45 minutes after every meal . Or better do like Jackie Kennedy and carry your cheeze, turkey and stuff with you , eat 6 times a day and walk about 30 min after each meal ...and do your daily exercise routine. You will look devine in your bathing suit in March !!!/
