Those little capsules oh so beautiful-red in water- white in the air. I take one every day?helps keep my neighbors at bay. The one time, oh so sad, it really was my bad, but I was able to pivot on a dime. Was it my fault? Only the neighbor knows. He sprayed my house with his garden hose. One side was wet, the other dry. I could only let out a sigh.

Carb Sensitive
I take a couple of these caps when I eat any kind of carbohydrate. It even works well when I (rarely) consume alcohol. I don't metabolize sugar as I used to (due to over-saturation, I'm sure). Chromium Picolinate helps a lot with the side effects of carb consumption.Shari Schreiber, M.A.
