Collagen peptides
I bought this for the first time from a health food store about 2 years ago and only recently ran out. I'm trying to improve my health and be more regular now with my supplement support including collagen. So when I wanted to restock this I was glad to find it at the Vitamin Shoppe for a great price compared to other collagen powders on the market. Great product / bad packaging
I have loved the Garden of Life brand for years and this is no different. The taste is what it is as with any animal collagen protein. I mix it with my shake and never know it’s there. I can’t say I see a lot of hair results but I do see it in my fingernails. The problem I have is the packaging. It’s so narrow one cannot get their hand in there to get the scoop when the product gets lower. Absolutely drives me crazy why it would be made this way. It needs a wider mouth. That’s why I give it a 4 and not a 5.

Can I add the ancient nutrition collagen peptides to my hot coffee. Also does anybody know if any creamer and a little bit of honey will lessen the benefit of the collagen peptide?

Best Answer:  I add a scoop of Garden of Life Collagen Peptides (different brand than you asked about) to my black coffee every morning without issues. For me it mixes easily and doesn't change the taste. I do not know if honey or creamer would lessen any benefits.
