Good for you
While I haven't seen much improvement in gut health but I have noticed more energy and overall well being since I have used these. The fact that they have to be refrigerated makes me feel like they are better for you.

Complete probiotic
I chose to accept these for my husband, who is 52. These are Adult 50+ dietary supplements and it will be a good supplement for him to start taking to support colon health, especially with colon cancer in the family. It also supports immune, cholesterol and cognitive health. All great things for aging. You take just 1 vegetable capsule per day.

Great for your Gut
I have been learning so much lately about the benefits of probiotics and was so excited to trial these. Since my husband and I are middle aged we are finding it more and more important to protect our gut health. These probiotics from a trusted brand are just what we need to help regulate or digestive system. I do recommend keeping them in the fridge for longer shelf life.

Vegan and gluten free! Amazing
As a vegetarian, i have come to expect not to be able to find certain things that i can take when it comes to supplements and vitamins. A probiotic is one of those things, because there is almost always something i cannot take. I love that these capsules are not only vegan friendly and gluten free, another consideration i have to accommodate, but that they are clearly marked. A lot of companies that do offer things in these categories fail to mark them, and it makes it difficult to decipher so i usually just move on to another brand. These have definitely made a noticeable difference in my stomach issues, so to speak. Having so many issues over the years, i am glad to find something that helps balance my gut health a little bit better. They are also easy on the stomach, and do not necessarily feel like anything which is the kind of supplement i prefer. Overall, i am extremely satisfied and will be adding these to my regular regimen.

Good combo
Well, somehow I got sent the 50+ version hehe. . . Although I'm not quite 50 yet, I can say this pre-pro-postbiotic is a great formula and I've loved using other Solaray products. Reason for 1 less star is the fact that I am not 50+ so I don't know if I should really try them out, I may pass them along to my mom she would definitely appreciate them
