Easy way to get creatine
I like this Creatine because they're easy. To take (even without water) and portable. I take them with me and just take a few of them after a workout. They have a "Tums" like consistency, which was not quite what I expected, but they taste fine.

I feel like I do have a bit more energy. I take 3 tablets in the morning and 2 in the early evening. Do be honest, I typically feel good, so I'm sure I won't notice massive differences, but they taste good, and believe they are doing me good.Thank youIs this true? I was told I would need to take 20 tablets a day to get support for cognitive performance.

Perfect size, chew, and flavor
I picked mine up (mango flavor) from vitamin shoppe for the first time. The flavor profile is perfect. I've had creatine gummies before, but the momentus chews blow them out of the water. The gummies are now tucked away far back in the fridge. I like how momentus did it. It's easy to ingest, easy to chew, doesn't melt during storage, and the kick of flavor is just right. The texture and flavor-style is almost like smarties.
