What is fermented l-citrulline and how does it differ from other forms of citrulline?

Fermented l-citrulline is derived from plant-based sugars fermented by select bacteria. Unlike other forms of citrulline which are derived from synthetic or animal alternatives, fermented citrulline is considered “pure”.

Directions

Mix one (1) scoop (12.2 g) with 10-12 fl. oz. of water before, during or after exercise. You can also combine it with your pre/intra/post-workout.

Wow.

I'm beyond surprised with how well this works, I've been taking it for a couple weeks now before my workout and I can feel the difference when I lift.

Con: The only downside I would say is that it doesn't mix well, so I would have to mix it with my pre workout in order to not have that crushed pill sort of taste.

Other than that, it gets the job done if that's what you're looking for. Taste is, meh.
