Frequently Asked Questions

What is “micronized” creatine?

“Micronized” creatine is a type of creatine that’s been processed into smaller particles than standard creatine monohydrate. This smaller particle size helps improve solubility, mixability, and absorption. It also reduces stomach discomfort and bloating associated with creatine monohydrate supplementation.

Customers review summary

The BodyTech creatine monohydrate wins over customers with steady strength and endurance gains that make workouts feel more productive. Its pure 100% formula and fine powder texture mix into shakes or juice with minimal flavor and support faster recovery and extra reps. A few customers note a gritty texture or slow dissolution in plain water, yet most report improved recovery and measurable strength increases when they take it consistently.

Don't worry it's not name brand.
I've been ordering this for years. The container is great for storage. Quality appears very consistent and is comparable to name brand products.

Does the job
I've tried many different forms of creatine, these are pretty good. My only complaint is that you need to take 7 pills a day to reach 5 grams (recommended clinical dosage). I take 4 in the morning and 3 before bed. Seems to work pretty well. I wouldn't mind if they made the pills a little larger, so you could do like 3-4 instead of 7 but whatever. Good quality, and does the job.

Body Tech Creatine. It says to take 7 pills four times daily for the loading phase. Is this necessary or just a typo? 28 pills in a day seems excessive and i feel like the bottle will not last a month as intended.

Not really. It will just take longer to absorb in to your system.
