With my gluten and lactose allergies, anytime I'm going to have/eat, drink with either in it. Of course I take 1 of these to where I can comfortably w/o any side affect happening if didn't.

Game changer for acid reflux and indigestion!!!
Life changing product. I have been suffering from acid reflux and bad indigestion lately. I was worried it would just be a way of life since it runs in my family. I have tried a lot of different things and did not want to have to resort to daily over the counter stuff like Pepcid or Tums. Bought this on a whim and it has reduced all of my symptoms by a large margin. I still feel a tiny bit of discomfort of at times but nothing like it used to be. I immediately gave it to my dad and he was just as shocked as I was. I am buying the 180 capsule bottle as we speak. Thank you to the Vitamin Shoppe employee who knew her stuff and recommended this product :).

It works fast!
I notice a difference when taking these compared to just skipping it, especially with certain foods. I always come back for another bottle to buy because they work so good. It helps break down the food/carbs you eat. I don’t feel as nauseous.. I take them AFTER my meal though and it works better that way for me.

Epigastric pain, gas, reflux
Will have to return for refund. Product caused me to experience gas, reflux and epigastric pain when I didn't have those symptoms before taking the capsule. Capsule was taken at the beginning of each meal. Not a good option for me.

Very Decent For The Price
My 3rd favorite enzyme. These will do in a pinch to help break down heavy meals especially if you are consuming alcohol with food. Enzymedica and Digest Ultimate are better but if you have a Vitamin Shoppe close by and need a solid digestive enzyme then these are a good to go choice.
