Highly Recommend Dim
I read about Dim being used for helping to control and in some cases stopping the outbreak of hormonal acne. It works! I'm on my third month of taking this and I sure hope I don't become immune to the benefits of taking it. This is a must-have supplement for everyday use.

Improved bloodwork
I am in menopause and on bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT.) I eat a very healthy diet - very little processed food from grocery store and lots of veges, fish and grass fed meats. To further support my body's ability to detoxify - especially the hormones - I use this product. I have my blood tested twice a year to monitor how well my body is detoxifying and since beginning this product, my numbers have improved. My doc recommends an inhouse version of this product that is very expensive, but I am getting results with the VS brand and will stick with it.

DIM is good but not this one
I've been taking DIM for about a year now and it has helped diminish the symptoms of menopause. This product however gave me a bad stomach ache sometimes so make sure you take it with food. I finished the bottle and then switched to different brand.

Hives! :(
Broke out in hives within the first two days of use. Once I discontinued taking the DIM, the hives went away. Luckily, I got a refund.

Gave me itchy hives
I took this for about two weeks and I started to get non itchy hives all over my body when I took a shower about 5 days in and then around day 8-9 they got very itchy. So I stopped taking DIM, but the itchy hives are still there 4 days later. Hopefully this stuff clears my system soon.

hot flashes gone
I never review products online, however I am reviewing this one because it helped me tremendously with my hot flashes and low energy. I was taking HRT but was afraid of long terms consequences, I did my research and decided to give this a try. I feel hot from time to time, but never like it was before, i can go days without even feeling I reached menopause. I said good bye to hormone therapy and I am sticking with this for the long run.

Game changer
This product started working almost immediately. I'm 46, in perimenopause with heavy frequent periods, fibroids, lots of fatigue, and skin issues. In the first week all the blotchy red spots on my face went away and my hormonal chin acne disappeared. I felt more awake and energetic in the mornings. In two months of taking it, my cycles have lengthened from 23 days to 28. Periods seem to be shorter and a bit lighter. My moods and energy are closer to what my normal used to be on my 30's. I couldn't be happier.

Best dim product around!
I put myself on dim plus, maca root and a menopause support formula even though I'm 33 and not menopausal I was having night sweats and hormonal acne. Just switched to this dim product a month ago typically 4 tabs per day. I wasn't overweight but I've lost about eight pounds and am at my lowest weight in about ten years..everything else evened out as well. Acne isn't completely gone but much improved and night sweats have been minimized and overall mood boost :) I'll never stop using this product!

I'm usually one who gets a lot of acne throughout the years. This is the only supplement that got rid of this problem completely. Usually when I skip a day of face cleansing, I break out horrendous. Taking this supplement after one day, my a cane disappeared over night, without even washing my face! And it's been three days with out washing my face and still no acne! I don't get it. It's likely that the xenoestrogens are just not in my body anymore and the testosterone is finally having the chance to take care of things. I like this product.

Best Answer:  My understanding is that Dim controls the production of estrogen. I was taking Dim because my male body was producing too much estrogen after receiving testosterone shots.

Best Answer:  Yes and no. DIM is actually supposed to help "balance" estrogen. It is used by men to lower overall estrogen, but there are much more potent estrogen blockers that can be prescribed for that.

Best Answer:  Hello! From personal experience, this product helped me metabolize the excess estrogen in my body, and even out my hormones. I would assume that if a man is producing excess estrogen, it would do the same for him. When I was initially researching DIM I did come across comments from men saying that they were prescribed DIM and it helped them, although I forget why they were prescribed it in the first place. I really hope that I was able to help you.
