Works
Stabilizes my cycle and helps me to feel hungry instead of sick. Though I can't say it helps with much else.. it does help me control aggression. Works in good combination for me with other supplements like l-theanine and red clover.

I love this DIM supplement and use it regularly to balance hormone levels. Very effective an inexpensive ??
DIM is a little known estrogen blocker through the liver that works great for both men and women. This VS DIM is a great cost effective way to balance out your hormones and get all the support of more cruciferous vegetables then you could ever consume! I love this product?? it's worked for many symptoms where single herbs like black cohosh or dong Quai have not. Worth trying!

Changed my life
I started taking this to help with extremely heavy bleeding during my monthly cycle. It has made a noticeable difference and has no side effects. I take two in the morning and two in the evening. I may try taking fewer to see if it still has the same effect.

What does healthy Estrogen Metabolism mean as stated on the DIM Product mean ?

is this product for male and female? because i was told to take this pill along with other vitamins to balance out the development of estrogen from the other pills..is this correct??

Best Answer:  From what I learned, DIM was amongst several supplements for MEN to help reduce estrogen toxicity. The supplements, along with some dietary measures, is thought to help the body eliminate excess estrogen in the male body.

Best Answer:  I don't remember getting headaches from DIM. I've long switched over to VS Phytoestrogen Complex. It worked so much better for me.

That should be an estrogen blocker.

But It would be better if Vitamin Shoppe will answer on this question on based of some researches/publications if such were done ever.

DIM is liver support to mitigate damage from xeno estrogens/endocrine mimickers, and D3 is the most commonly recommended type of D vitamin in supplement form
