The side effects outweigh any benefits
I've taken this stuff via different brands off and on over the years, and it always makes my stomach really bloated, makes me feel really tired and sleepy and triggers constipation. This brand is no different. I'll never touch the stuff again.

Really helped my enlarged prostate
A few years back, I started suffering some symptoms of an enlarged prostate -- namely problems with urine flow. Tried this instead of going on a prescription (Flomax), and it took care of these issues within a few days without any side effects. I'm too young for this old guy stuff! I thought. Highly recommended.
