Serrapeptase did not work for me.
I had acute DVT and decided to try Serrapeptase. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me, and yes I was taking a heavy dose on an empty stomach. I got a big clot in my left leg and put myself at high risk of getting a pulminary embolism, pretty scary. I am going back to using Pradaxa, which worked.

I will not and cannot use this product again.
I was wondering what was making me sick even though I caught covid-19. Then when I realized taking this product caused me to have a nasty upset stomach and vomiting. I will not and cannot use this product again.

It's a bargain
I've taken this product off and on. a cyst in my arm has been shrinking. I had a calcium test for cardiovascular disease in all my arteries 2 weeks ago- as I get pain in my jaw when I'm stressed. My score was zero. This almost certainly means no plaque. I am in my late seventies. My Dr said he'd never seen a zero score before. Maybe the serreptase has been cleaning up my arteries. I have pulmonary fibrosis I want to try the natural enzyme product. to see if it can halt progression in my lungs. If not I will get Perfenex (generic perfenidone), I know that can heal my lungs.

Best Answer:  Take on an empty stomach. I take it first thing in the morning and wait an hour before eating or drinking anything but water. Room temp water is easier to swallow.
