I been using Dr Bronners castile soap for a long time. I find it an effective way to wash my hands during COVID-19 as well as a refreshing bath soap for the whole body after a vigorous workout in the gym. I even use it to clean parts of my cpap equipment. I have tried different formulas and my favorite is the peppermint. A little goes a long way making it economical.

I have this product but I can't find directions for use, for example, cleaning. Should it be diluted or used straight from the bottle?

  If you look down a bit on the main part of the label, in the white section under PURE CASTILE SOAP, you will see that it states that it is 3 times the strength of normal soap, etc.

I have used this soap for decades undiluted as a hand soap, shower soap and to wash vegetables and fruits. When washing food, my recommendation is that you work it into a lather with some water in your hands before you start on the food. That makes it easier to wash off.

It is less concentrated and drying to your hands than regular dish soap.

  Just use it like SoftSoap. Straight from the bottle. It's pure castile. We use it in the shower and at our work deep sink - It cuts leather dye and oily grease from our hands. Great stuff.
