what is this soap used for?

  We use it in the shower like any other bar of soap. It is just that these Dr. Bronner soaps are good for your skin and have no harmful chemicals in them as many other soaps have. The peppermint scent is invigorating as well.

I am looking for face wash with Lavender. I have Rosacea, and have heard Lavender is good for it. Any ideas on this?

  Hi, Lucy! I got in touch with Dr. Bronner's and they said the soap is just fine for the face, even with rosacea. I use it, and it has a creamy lather, and the lavender is good.

  I use Dr. Bonner's lavender soap on my face and body. I like that it is organic without harmful chemicals. I don't feel as if it drys my skin at all. If you have Rosacea you need products that will be gentle and not create inflammation. This soap could be a good option.

  While having great respect for the Dr. Bronner products, I don't know if it would help rosacea but have read of benefit from gently washing the rosacea with a selenium sulfide shampoo like Selsum Blue. Good luck.
