I've not seen any color changes in the stool. Bright red in the stool usually indicates blood from the anal/low bowel region--like hemorhoids, whereas dark red blood in the stool usually indicates a gastro-intestinal bleed from somewhere up higher. If you are experiencing anything that looks truly like blood, you may want to ask a professional. My entire family uses this product and none of us have seen anything that looks like blood in the stool.

  I have been using tart cherry juice for a few years and never had red stools from it. But I only use a tablespoon or two a day. I would guess that it is the skins of red cherries that cause red stools, but that is just a guess : )

  Doesn't change the color of the stool or change the stool in anyway. It helps taked the throbbing away in my hands, and I have a friend who says it helps him with his gout. No stool problems here.

  I started to use Tart Cherry Juice in the evening at the same time I began to use Valerian. I've been sleeping very well. I don't want to stop one or the other because together they really do the trick.

  I use two tablespoons of Tart Cherry Juice in a cup of hot chamomile tea. It does not put me to sleep but when I go to sleep I get good sleep.

  Yes it does ! It also is good for the heart ,and if you have gout it will help stop flare ups !It keeps uric acid in check !

If you feel that it is too tart, add some stevia. It is good for you and tastes good.

  I don't know that there is, I take the capsules on a daily basis and use the concentrate if something flares up, besides, it tastes good.

  I would much prefer the concentrate. I've been using it for years for gout. It is quite effective for that.

  Yes. I take 1 oz. or more, just before bed. I keep a glass of water next to my bed to follow-up, if I need to. Be sure your sleeping environment is cool, dark and quiet. I usually sleep right through the night and at least 6 hours. Hope it works for you!

  Yes...add about 2 Tablespoons with 1/2 cup water as 'faux' wine after dinner. Helps me sleep!

  I had a problem with my right foot swelling due to an auto accident that caused a lot of damage/ I have 2 screws about 2 & 1/2 inches and 2 about 3/4 inches in my foot. My foot would constantly swell and cause me a great deal of pain. I started taking tart cherry because my pain management doctor recommended it. Once I started taking it the swelling went away. I started with the Concentrate I now use tart cherry pills. I take the every day and my foot does not swell up land hurt like it use to. I never skip a dose because I feel that the tart cherry does keep my foot from swelling and the pain caused when my foot swells up.

  I too suffer from Gout and inflammation...I take 2tbsp at night in 2oz of 100% Cranberry Juice, and I sleep much better. I don't suffer as much now as I use to, when started taking Amazing Herbs, Black Seed 100% Pure Cold-Pressed Black Cumin Seed Oil which is for Inflammatory Response and healthy Immune System and drink Maringo Tea.   This worked for me! Try the the liquid at first. It gets into the system much more quickly. Try along with T Relief Arnica drops ( sold by Vitamin Shoppe as well). Taken at the same time he will achieve relief!

  I haven't used it for this purpose. Used it to combat gout. However, my daughter uses cherry juice as a sleep help. She swears by it.

  This supplies natural melatonin which can help with sleep.

  I am not a doctor. This a all natural juice concentrate that I mix with water. It a good antioxidant and I use it because I get gout and this helps to not get gout attacks. I use about 1 oz. a day along with one lemon. It works very well for me.
