Clean hydration packets for a bit of energy and hydration.
I use this product when i sweat a lot for a couple of days and feel like water is not replenishing my thirst. And they also help me on days with low energy but not compared to anything with caffeine. Electrolytes steady natural energy.

Great Product Ruined by Packaging choices
A great product which has been ruined by the manufacturer's packaging choice. You can't open this without a pair of scissors now. We need to be able to open a packet and mix it with water on the go and you can't!

Progress isn't always a good thing. Tastes nasty now and difficult to open package.
New formula makes me sick, especially when dehydrated, and on the verge of heat exhaustion, which is why I bought these in the first place. In addition to the nasty taste, the new tubes are extremely difficult to open, you have to tear down from the top very carefully, or you'll rip the entire package open and spilling contents everywhere. If you can get it ripped a little, difficult to pour contents into a water bottle. You have lost me as a customer, looking for better alternatives..

Chalky taste but does the trick
I'm going to start this review by saying I'm a huge fan of ZipFizz as my favorite electrolyte. But ZipFizz has caffeine and while I usually only need one electrolyte a day, I've been working out more in the summer and gardening outside. I wanted something I could take that didn't have caffeine (like ZipFizz), for later in the day. These do the trick! I am only giving them 4/5 stars for the taste. They have that chalky taste that I often find in electrolyte powders that I can't pin down for ingredient. But as this isn't my primary use for it, I can put up with it.

Terrible packaging redesign
I use to love this product until you changed the packaging. The old envelopes were so easy to open and take on a hiking trip. The new ones in the little tube thing are impossible to open, and if you can manage to open it, goes everywhere. Why did you change it? I've been buying this for years and will now look for another product unfortunately. You also changed the formula so it doesn't taste as lemony. Not good.

Why does everyone think stevia (which is in the ragweed family) should be put in everything? Stevia has side effects. Please stop putting stevia in everything.

  I have no idea what stevia is. I use this Electrolyte Fizz to reduce and eliminate body cramping as I am almost 66 years old, work out 5 times a week, run a little twice a week, and do Karate twice a week with either a two or three hour workout. I also drink about twice a week which seems to give me even more cramps but is greatly helped by the Electrolytes.

  If Stevia is in the ragweed family, I also have concern. Ragweed bothers me, causing itchy eyes and a runny nose. However, I am on my second or third box of Electrolyte Fiz and have had no adverse reactions. Since I have been using Electrolyte Fiz I am no longer experiencing severe leg cramps in hot weather.
