Directions

Mix one (1) serving (2 scoops) with 10 oz. of water during the day or prior to exercise. For more pre-workout energy take 2 servings (4 scoops) prior to exercise. You may also consider using one (1) scoop at a time (50 mg caffeine) throughout the day for prolonged energy. Do not exceed 3 servings (6 scoops) in a day.
