The Jury Is Still Out, But?.
It's only been a few weeks since I started using this, so I'll return later to adjust the review once it's been about 6 months. I was asked to review now, so that's why I'm here lol I have already seen positive changes in my nails. My nails have been wrecked since Thanksgiving of 2024 when I got a gel manicure. I'm already taking a bunch of vitamins for my own health and wellness, and while those have helped my labs, they did nothing for my nails. Enter this product. In just few short weeks, my nails are finally starting to grow, and they're strong, not weak and splitting like they've been for so long. That alone is why I've given it 4 stars. I just cut my hair, so we'll see what this product does for my hair. I'll be back to update my review once I see if my hair has grown and/or gotten stronger.

Taste great!
I LOVE the flavor better than the others I have. I almost finished my first bottle. I have braids right now so I'm not sure if anything is happening yet. Hopefully, the shedding and clumps of hair falling out will stop.

I drink it straight, the consistency takes some getting used to.

Amazing product
I have been using this formula since October 2024 and I absolutely love it! My hair feels and looks thicker, but also, it looks fuller on the ends. What I like most about this product is that my hair styles nicely when round brushed and my ends look super hydrated. In addition, I don't get breakage and don't see hair on my back throughout the day. This is the only formula that makes my hair feel and look like a million dollars! Mary Ruth's hair growth max is definitely worth it!

Life Changing Supplement
This product has seriously become my go-to for hair and nail growth! After just two months of using it, I've noticed a huge difference. I started with the multi-vitamin specifically for hair growth before switching to this one. Four months ago, my hair stylist suggested it after finding an Alopecia Areata (AA) patch on the back of my head. After getting some medical help, I learned that my AA was due to stress, which pushed me to add this product to my routine along with Minoxidil pills and steroid shots. Just to be clear, this won't actually stop AA (that's what steroids are for), but it helps your hair grow back faster and keeps it growing longer. Plus, my hair feels shinier, thicker, and I've got way fewer grays in the new growth.

The results have been amazing! My nails are growing like crazy, my gray hairs are fading, and that big AA patch that used to be as large as my palm is now completely filled in and even getting longer. I'm super excited! I've gone from feeling really down to feeling hopeful. Wish you could see how much I've transformed with photos.

On top of that, the product tastes great and has this delicious caramel sauce vibe, which makes taking it every day something I actually look forward to. I can't recommend it enough!

Hoping this works
A friend of mine started using this and has seen great results. I thought I would give it a try, and have only been taken it for about a week so I haven't seen any change as of yet, but I'm hoping to see something in the next few weeks.
I have been taking Neutrafol For the past two years and have seen some change, but It is quite expensive so I thought I would give this a try

Amazing find
