EXTREMELY PLEASED with this product! I have a digestive problem which, for years, prevented me from eating anything fried, or of a Dairy Nature...However, two years ago, I started using Enzymetica Gold Probiotics...and I no longer am I "banished" from the joy of eating fied chicken or ice cream!! I LOVE THIS PROBIOTIC!!

A few years ago, I had an appointment with a gastroenterologist. He checked me for gluten intolerance. I didn't have it. I asked if there was something over the counter to break carbs down faster as I thought that had become a problem. He recommended Digest Gold and it worked! Recently I bought the Digest Gold Probiotic. That also seems to work. Both my husband and I take Digest Gold when we feel full/bloated from too many carbs.

Milk sensitivity

I'm not completely lactose intolerant but I do have a sensitivity and this product definitely allows me to enjoy dairy without any fuss. The added probiotics are a bonus.

I get these from my local Vitamin Shoppe. I have been searching for quite some time for a solution to my stomach issues. I came across the fact I need enzymes to help break food down. I tried these out and took two at night. I was hurting all night, but I knew they were working. The next morning my stomach was literally flat and I felt like myself again! This is the only product that seems to work for me. I now just take one in the morning, one at night and limit problematic foods. I really love this product. It works for me.

Finally, something that actually works!??

I just purchased Digest Gold plus probiotics yesterday and I can literally already feel the difference. This product has been great so far and I'm excited to see if it get's even better bc I have high hopes that it will! For such an average sized capsule, it's very potent. My only regret: Is not finding them sooner! This one is a keeper. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is bc I've only been taken it for two day's now.

This product is amazing. Not to be graphic, but I’ve been constipated for awhile because I have IBS-C. It’s caused me nausea and stomach pains and discomforts to the point where it was hard to function. After taking this, I’ve started to produce bowls movements about a day or two later. I still have some constipation but I feel so much better than before and I’ve only been taking it like 3 days so I know it’ll take awhile to fully kick in. I usually take like 3-4 a day with my meals but maybe…

This product does not require to be refrigerated as long as you keep it at room temperature.The Probiotics keep well and remain effective at room temperature and are activated only when in contact with the fluids in your system.

Absolutely!However, there are far more effective probiotics than Align. Suggest to use Prescript-Assist which has helped me tremendously to achieve a complete reversal of all my IBS symptoms.The Digest Gold is great as enzymes for digestion of food in the stomach and duedenum. The probiotics aid in the intestinal tracts.

Align is a probiotic formula as is DigestGold. Except....DigestGold has the enzymes. My guess is that DigestGold is superior to Align but it's probably no problem to take both. I wouldn't hesitate if it were me.
