    I liked the effectiveness in terms of pump/energy, but the taste really started to be terrible. It truly tastes like you took Sour Patch Watermelon (which I love) and blended them up in water... not my favorite.

    Taste is amazing
    I don't think it does anything for me regarding energy or muscle pumps but I love the taste. I mix it with prune juice every morning. It has become a ritual, one of the few things I look forward to when I wake up.

    Orange is ok but sour watermelon is 5 stars.

    Great product at low pricepoint
    I really enjoy the dosing and price point of this pre-workout. I've only tried a couple pre-workouts, but this is the best so far. Watermelon tastes great, too.

It gave me an itchy, fire, tingly feeling that did subside for hours (3 hours) RAW Nutrition Essential Pre Workout Powder, Sour Watermelon. After taking Benadryl & ALOT OF WATER. Just purchased it last night & will be taking back for a refund today?.
