      Excellent product. Stupid bottle design.
      I've been using this product for a couple of years and find it woks very well for raising my iron level.
      The taste isn't terrible but I add a lemon flavored vitamin C powder and a bit of water to help with absorption and taste. Use a straw to prevent from staining teeth. And don't spill because it will stain countertops etc.
      This is the first time purchasing the large size. The cap has a cap over top of it that is impossible to remove. I had to use wire snippers to get it off. Stupid design!

      if you're anemic or trying to keep your iron levels up this is one of the best iron supplements I have ever tried. It seems to work immediately, as soon as I took it, my energy level came up. I've taken it by itself and with vitamin c. The vitamin c seems to give it an extra boost for me.
