Horse pill overshadows effectiveness
I feel like they work but can't say for sure because those giant horse pills are difficult to swallow so I don't take them as regularly as directed.

Give it a try......
If your eating well and doing your thing in the gym then it def helps keep you a little leaner and solid. Pills are quite big but tolerable.
