Kava root is fantastic! It's great for anxiety, stress, even helps to relax you at night before bed. It doesn't make you sleeping, it helps you to relax. It's quiets your mind. Great stuff! I always keep a bottle on hand and Gaia brand of anything, is the absolute best!

Better than expected
As a routine consumer of medium grind kava, I was looking for something even more convenient than instant kava, without sacrificing potency. You have to factor in that convenience always means added cost. This product strikes a fine balance between convenience and cost, especially when it isn't your main source of kava. Supplementary! Recommended.

Helps me relax
I didn't want another tea that I had to consume.... I use lemon balm tea at night to help me sleep. I use this durning the mid afternoon to help me relax. I like it a lot.

Buy another brand
I've taken Kava for years to help me sleep from time to time. I purchased these is October 2021. Took a few and was disappointed with the lack of benefit. Fast forward to August of 2022. I looked at the contents and was horrified by what I found. They were kept inside a climate controlled home in a drawer, not exposed to sunlight and the expiration is 5/24. I tried to contact the seller from my original purchase and the page is gone and I could even search by the product. I only accidently found them again while searching for a reputable brand. Fair warning, don't buy these.

I have been taking kava for about 2-3 months and my anxiety is almost non existing. I do cold showers and ice baths every now and then. this is key. 2-3 pillios a day and getting an apple watch to monitor sleep quality always going for 80 % 90% sleep quality youll see a dramatic difference in your life. with mediation aswell and self hypnosis from YouTube you'll start unlocking new parts of yourself you didn't know existed
