Best Answer:  Here what I can say I've looked and reserched this alot they say you have to have 800MCG's and a total OF 2 of those pills a day. Equaling 1600MCG's a day you can take it twice at one time or 1 pill 30 minutes before each meal... I haven't yet tried it but plan too, however I ordered from an online company. My mom is taking it and she is losing weight but she did say it makes her a little woozy from time to time. Just an FYI. Always looks at multi site to read what they advise on how much to take and what the LABLE's state. Most Bottles only come with a 30 day supply and way less MCG's. So mack sure you get something that has 100% pure extract and 60% HCA...If it doesn't come with that much your gonna end up taking more pills a day and won't get a good supply for the cost of the bottle. Best Answer:  I had visited the vitamin shoppe and looked specifically for the one Dr Oz spoke of, and it wasn't there. Even asked the clerk and he simply said, "we don't have it". Now I'm looking at the one online that seems to be pretty much the product except, this one here seems more potent than what was on Dr Oz show. Here's info from Dr Oz show.
