I love that this vitamin is natural, but do it mean good for you? I was so happy to take this vitamin but it was not my friend. I had a headache after taken it for 2 days. I looked up some of the ingredients and seen that one of the Algae could cause headache. Be careful read and stuff.

How big is the pill & is it easy to digest?

  I don't like big pills, so for me this is very easy to take. with other vitamins i burp up and can smell the vitamin after I take it even with big meal or my big breakfast. But with Kind/organic, I have no issues what so ever. Very easy to digest, and I don't have to take it with big meals.I have tried many many other vitamins, this has been The best vitamin that I've taking
