Very unpleasant side effects
Severe stomach pain, including nausea. Jittery and flushed. This vitamin is definitely not for everyone and I took it as directed with a full meal. Side effects lasted hours after taking this vitamin.

BEST VITAMINS I’VE EVER TRIED!!!
I’ve been taking these vitamins for about 3 years now and they make a HUGE difference in my overall daily health. They give me natural energy and I can do what I need to do throughout the day. Someone mentioned that their urine was bright yellow. That will happen when you take vitamins but also it’s because you’re not drinking enough water. The darker and/or brighter your urine is, that’s an indication that you need to start drinking way more water. Another reviewer mentioned that they couldn’t take it on an empty stomach because it made them nauseous. As with any other vitamins/supplements you should never take them on an empty stomach unless specifically indicated to do so. ALWAYS take these vitamins with your breakfast and you’ll be completely fine. They instruct you on the label to take WITH FOOD.

Lastly, many other vitamins give me a stomachache as they are harsh on my system but these don’t. I recommend them to everyone!

Best Answer:  I just found out that this multivitamin is NOT vegan/vegetarian. Nature's Way CS told me that the Vitamin A Acetate in this is encapsulated with bovine (beef) and porcine (pork) gelatin. I told Nature's Way that they need to include this on the box/label/description b/c vegans/vegetarians need to know.

Best Answer:  No it does not. In fact I've been acne free for the last year, but I'm not saying it's because of this vitamin. Also it doesn't make you lose weight, but it's an excellent product for the health benefits. I do recommend this product, as opposed to their other formulas.

Best Answer:  You should watch out for excess of some minerals (not sure which ones specifically) & fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, & K) ---All other Vitamins (C, B, etc..) are water-soluble, and extra will just be excreted out.
