In your supplement facts you state you use folic acid, this is the synthetic form of this vitamin, you say food based then why are you useing a term that defines this as being the synthetic B vitamin?

Best Answer:  My husband takes this vitamin especially when he's working a lot harder than usual and not eating as he should . Just remember if it says 1 a day keep it at 1. Because what you eat and drink throughout the day also has some vitamins ,minerals and possibly herbs in it, you don't want to get overloaded and become toxic. I've learned througtrial and error over the past 5 years so not all vitamins are created equal and they can't be taken like candy just to try and get a better outcome quicker. You can take superfoods in quantities of 6-9 safely like spirulina if you feel your vitamin isn't giving you the umff that you thought it would.I swar by spirulina!!
