Directions

One stick is the perfect size for a full 32 oz mini hydrojug. This makes me drink my water so fast. Love ghost and sour patch! Would love them to come out with more flavors to try!

Ghost Hydration
I love ghosts products/ energy so I decided to try out their hydration sticks. The ingredients are there but these are just unbearably too sweet to the point where I just can't drink them. Maybe for some people, but I would never recommend their hydration products.
