Directions

Do not exceed 1 serving per day. Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) of GHOST Legend with 8-10oz of water or beverage of choice. New users, and those sensitive to stimulants, should start with ½ serving (½ scoop) to assess their personal tolerance. Consume prior to exercise on training days.

Yeah

For starters the flavor was amazing but the ingredients are okay they could be higher dose but if you are planning to get something that has an itch to it get this for sure .

Great flavor and high quality

This stuff is like what you can get in the can, except for no carbonation. It's a great flavor and nice to have in powder form.

Way to go Ghost

It has been awhile since I had a pre workout that made me feel like I just started taking it again!!
Ghost stepped up their game with this one, definitely a new favorite!!
