Customers review summary

The glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM chewable supplement wins over customers with its chewable wafer format that avoids large pills and delivers noticeable joint comfort. Its easy to chew wafers, inclusion of MSM, and many reports of reduced stiffness and quicker recovery times are especially appreciated by customers. A minority of customers mention a strong sour or sulfur like taste and occasional batch variation, yet most say the relief and convenience keep them taking it.

Too many empty and or spilled capsules and haven't noticed improvement

I'm not impressed with this product. Several capsules were empty and or spilled out onto the other capsules and I haven't noticed any improvement in my joints yet. Not sure I'll be buying this one again.T

Sounds weird, but I love these

I have taken these for years and despite various overuse injuries at 54 am always told, "but your cartilage looks great." I also for some reason love the taste. Maybe love is strong, but don't mind at all and prefer to popping a pill.

Tastes gross

I ate one of these. Absolutely horrible taste. Going to be a battle of will power to get through this bottle so it doesn't go to waste. Do not recommend, unless you have no tastebuds.

Tastes awful

Works great for joint pain, however, the taste is unbearable. My tolerance seemed to decrease as I took more. Eventually the smell was enough to turn my stomach. If you can tolerate the chalkiness and sulfur flavor, these could be great but I prefer the pills.

Great products.

I've taken this product for three years now. It has been a life saver. My Aunt recommended this because she was taking it faithfully. It also helps me deal with muscle soreness from working out also.

Liana MSep 2, 2026

Quality product that genuinely works. Takes about 2 to 3 weeks depending on your absorption rate with supplements & dieting etc. But I noticed this helped a ton with the harsher pulling movements,…

SHAUN RAug 29, 2026

I need to find out about the size of the pills. Can someone tell me how large these are? I have swallowing problems and had to throw away the last bottles of Glucosamine because I couldn't swallow them. Thanks!

Joan SOct 6, 2013

Best Answer: If you have trouble swallowing capsules, these open easily and can be mixed into something you like such as yogurt, apple sauce or pudding. We give them to our dog in a small amount of yogurt each day.

1500mg/1200mg/900mg I want this many mg. of each per day. what is dosage?

CraigApr 11, 2016

I believe the daily dosage is 1200mg /day. Check with your physician, they would be able to tell you more on what the requirements are for you joints as you age.

Sandy LMay 31, 2016purchased May 5, 2016

I have taken 2 capsules per day and the dosage per capsule is 500 mg/400 mg/500 mg. So the total daily dosage is 1000/800/1000 mg. Hope this is helpful.

Why is MSM in this product? What does it add? I know that it is important to have the Sulfate form of Glucosamine and Chondroitin; but never heard that MSM is crucial.

SUSAN TDec 26, 2013

Best Answer: MSM is a naturally occuring substance in our bodies, however, as we age we produce lesss of it than we need. MSM has healing properties and that is why it works to your advantage with the glucosamine condroitin. Besides taking this ourselves, we give it to our 13 year old dog and it has improved his joints considerably. Hope this helps. Look up MSM on the internet and I think your will be surprised how much good it does for you.

I have been looking for a product that can help with flexability and most important pain relief.I would like to know about this product and if i can benefit from it?

Anahilda M.May 28, 2013

This is an old friend of the family. It was helpful to my mother who saw an improvement very soon in her ability to raise her arms without pain. My husband and I have been taking this for years and seem to have pretty good joint flexibility as well. Margaret

what is the primary use for this product?

Johnny L. DApr 21, 2014

I use this to maintain healthy joints, particularly my knees. While there have been mixed studies as to the effectiveness of Glucosamine, I do a lot of biking and training which puts a lot of pressure on my knees and so I'm always looking for ways to keep my joints from breaking down and this seems to have helped so far.

RobertMay 8, 2014

It's for joint health: increase joint strength and mobility; decrease joint pain. This is a very well studied remedy for joints. Even the veterinary docs suggest it, especially for older animals.
