Too many empty and or spilled capsules and haven't noticed improvement

I'm not impressed with this product. Several capsules were empty and or spilled out onto the other capsules and I haven't noticed any improvement in my joints yet. Not sure I'll be buying this one again.T

Sounds weird, but I love these

I have taken these for years and despite various overuse injuries at 54 am always told, "but your cartilage looks great." I also for some reason love the taste. Maybe love is strong, but don't mind at all and prefer to popping a pill.

Tastes awful

Works great for joint pain, however, the taste is unbearable. My tolerance seemed to decrease as I took more. Eventually the smell was enough to turn my stomach. If you can tolerate the chalkiness and sulfur flavor, these could be great but I prefer the pills.

Best Answer: If you have trouble swallowing capsules, these open easily and can be mixed into something you like such as yogurt, apple sauce or pudding. We give them to our dog in a small amount of yogurt each day.

I believe the daily dosage is 1200mg /day. Check with your physician, they would be able to tell you more on what the requirements are for you joints as you age.

Why is MSM in this product? What does it add? I know that it is important to have the Sulfate form of Glucosamine and Chondroitin; but never heard that MSM is crucial.

Best Answer: MSM is a naturally occuring substance in our bodies, however, as we age we produce lesss of it than we need. MSM has healing properties and that is why it works to your advantage with the glucosamine condroitin. Besides taking this ourselves, we give it to our 13 year old dog and it has improved his joints considerably. Hope this helps. Look up MSM on the internet and I think your will be surprised how much good it does for you.

what is the primary use for this product?

I use this to maintain healthy joints, particularly my knees. While there have been mixed studies as to the effectiveness of Glucosamine, I do a lot of biking and training which puts a lot of pressure on my knees and so I'm always looking for ways to keep my joints from breaking down and this seems to have helped so far.
